She is an enthusiastic problem solver with a keen ability to rapidly assess situational challenges, develop action plans, and lead teams to meet or execute goals. Barbara has over 25 years of experience in facility maintenance and is an effective communicator and relationship builder who gathers and imparts information across all management and engenders a collaborative spirit.

Molley maintains a background in Human Resource, Quality Control processes, and Operations. Molley brings 10+ years of customer service and facilities management expertise. Molley has been part of the operation team at Building Maintenance Services, LLC since 2013 and her responsibilities include the oversight of quality assurance, operation management and human resource as well as the ongoing development and growth of our North American Field Team.
