Avis Cabral has been a valued member of BMS for 13 years. She is involved with all aspects of operations, including: management of employees, sub contractors, and customer relations.

Molley maintains a background in Human Resource, Quality Control processes, and Operations. Molley brings 10+ years of customer service and facilities management expertise. Molley has been part of the operation team at Building Maintenance Services, LLC since 2013 and her responsibilities include the oversight of quality assurance, operation management and human resource as well as the ongoing development and growth of our North American Field Team.
Cherldean moved to Hawaii in the year 2013 with a profession in client services and securities. A well-rounded and motivated individual with recognized ability through a collegiate background and acquired accounting skills. Cherldean established a rapport with Building Maintenance Services as a cleaning technician and later became part of the Building Maintenance Services administration as part of the accounting division.
Kayleen enthusiastic and dedicated professional with over 17 years of combined experience in accounting, administrative, and customer relations. She is currently pursuing a BA in Accounting at the University of Hawaii and has a proven proficiency in analytical organization and strategical thinking .
